Postage and Packaging
All orders are posted using either 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For, International Signed For, Parcelforce UK or Parcelforce Worldwide,
applicable to the delivery charge paid for, and the country of destination.
United Kingdom Standard Delivery : £4.50 per order - Delivery normally 2-5 days from receipt of order, excluding Saturday, Sunday, Bank and Public Holidays.
FREE UK postage on orders over £50 (service not available for Urgent Delivery.)
"FREE POSTAGE" ORDERS ARE SENT BY STANDARD DELIVERY.
Urgent Delivery-UK ONLY : £10.00 per order - Delivery normally within 2 days, excluding Saturday, Sundays, Bank and Public Holidays.

We do not recommend our products for children under 3 years (36 months), other than for display purposes only.
Purchase is at customers discretion.
Our dolls are thoroughly checked before despatch and securely packaged.
In the unlikely event of goods found to be damaged* on delivery or unwanted, you should inform us within
48 (forty eight) hours of the goods arrival to arrange for an exchange or refund.
After this time refunds are at the discretion of Babooshka.
Unfortunately postage is not refundable unless items are returned as damaged.
Replacements for "change of mind" items will be charged the full postage rate for the country of delivery.
Replacements for damaged items only, will be sent free of charge.
Please ensure that all UK returns are only posted by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For. This service is available from your local post office.
Returns from overseas must be posted with your own country's International Signed For service.
Items not required for any reason must be returned to, and received by Babooshka, before replacements are sent or a refund issued.
Only in very exceptional circumstances will replacements be sent, or refunds issued immediately. This is to be agreed and confirmed, in advance, with Babooshka.
In this instance only, unwanted items must be received in original condition and wrapping at Babooshka within 5 (five) working days, or unfortunately you will be charged.
* Due to the natural materials from which most of our products are made, it should be noted that natural imperfections such as knots or grain in the wood are not considered problematic and will not be classified as damaged but an enhancement to the individual nature of the design.
Also our artists do not always have identical colours available for each doll set of the same design, so some variations (slightly lighter or darker) in colour are to be expected.
BABOOSHKA TIP !
If, on first opening, you find that your dolls are a little stiffer than you would like, try rubbing a little white candle wax around the rim of each doll and twist back and forth until they turn smoothly, this will loosen them up a bit - especially for small hands ! You will probably only need to do this once, otherwise they may become too loose.

Please be aware when considering commissions, that they can take three months or more to prepare, depending on quantity, design and the availability of an artist.
